spyrites[It wasn't unusual for Leia to want to come over but for some reason Jude was apprehensive this time. Things had been... weird, to say the least. For all Jude's booksmarts he was pretty oblivious as to where the weirdness was coming from. Okay, well... he had some idea. They'd kissed twice--both when one of them was under some weird influence--and ever since he wasn't sure what he was suppose to feel. Leia had started dating someone to boot which threw further confusion into the mix. Maybe it was nothing and he was just overthinking it. He was pretty good at overthinking.
It was probably nothing. The daily struggles living in this unfamiliar world were just making things weird.
Not yet aware that her boyfriend had left and returned to his own world Jude wasn't sure why she suddenly wanted to come over. He'd finished working for the day and as the sun was beginning to set he'd settled on the couch to read. He found is was difficult to concentrate though. He hoped everything was okay.]
